THE BOSS: FROM CHARACTER TO CINEMATIC REALITY
The Boss is the latest evolution of Teddy for Nude Project. At Universe Pixel Studio, we oversaw the full VFX process from adapting his new outfit and personality, to supervising the live-action shoot in a classic car, and integrating him seamlessly into reality.
Our work combined character refinement, on-set VFX supervision, animation, and lighting to give The Boss his cocky and intimidating presence, culminating in the reveal of the Golden Ticket: an invitation to the Ibiza mansion party.

CHARACTER EVOLUTION – THE BOSS
The Teddy had already been created for previous Nude Project campaigns, but this time he returned as The Boss. Wearing a sharp suit with a rose inspired by Al Pacino, sunglasses to add intrigue, and a cigar as a secondary detail, his bold and confident personality took center stage.

VFX SUPERVISION – ON SET
We went on set during the daytime shoot inside a classic car to directly supervise the VFX integration. We captured camera, lighting, and texture references, then applied matchmove on the seats to seamlessly blend The Boss into the scene. Thanks to this groundwork, his interaction with the driver felt natural and believable.

ANIMATION – ATTITUDE & NARRATIVE
The animation of The Boss was designed to be cocky and intimidating: calculated pauses, confident gestures, and a playful sense of superiority. The highlight came with the reveal of the Golden Ticket, the exclusive invitation to Ibiza’s mansion party, delivered with humor and authority.

LIGHTING & ATMOSPHERE – CINEMATIC BLEND
Natural daylight and the reflections inside the car were carefully matched with the 3D render to achieve a cinematic look. The dark suit, the red rose, and the vintage car interior created an elegant contrast that elevated the visuals while keeping The Boss fully grounded in reality.
